He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Eugene Chavez, Faye and Harold Perkins. He is survived by: his parents, Steven Perkins and Jessie Perkins; his fiancé Alexandria King; and his grandmother Marta Chavez. He is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles.
