She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Steve Lettrich and Bessie Lettrich; her husband Paul Shumaker; her children, Valerie Jaggers (Tim), Eric Shumaker (Janel) and Karyn Wright (Richard); her grandchildren, Kathryn Vera (Ryan), Morgan Campbell (Josh), Melissa Semas (Blake), Sam Wright (Stacey), Mackenzie Wright and Emily Wright (Zach); and her great grandchildren, Logan Vera, Reagan and Aubrey Semas.

In lieu of flowers, gifts in Shirley's memory may be given to Hope Lutheran Church.
