She is survived by: her children, Megan, Mitchell and Rachel Sequeira; her husband Dan Sequeira; her siblings, Tracy, Todd and Derek; her mother Judy; and her parents-in-law, John and Mary Sequeira.

In lieu of flowers, we ask that donations be made to The Shannon Sequeira Scholarship through the LusoAmerican Education Foundation.
