He is survived by: his wife Jewel; and his children, Tracy Goad (Todd), Angie Flynn (Ryan) and JP Howard (Leslie). He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Howe Mortuary Chapel (439 Coffman St, Longmont, CO 80501). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Shupe Homestead House (11931 N 61st St, Longmont, CO 80503).
