He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Pablo Duque Martinez and Dorotea Muniz Martinez; his siblings, Jose, Silverio, Jesus, Refugia (Cuca), Delfina, Monica, Martina, Maria Guadalupe (Lupe), Pascual and Valentin; and his former wives, Margie Castillo Garcia and Margie Garcia Martinez.
He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Frances Tahamtanzadeh (Ali), Rose Irma Harris (Willie), Richard Anthony Martinez (Linda) and Gerald Robert Martinez (Jerry); and his wife Maria Eduwiges Gonzalez (Lily). He is also survived by four children; 12 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren; many nieces/nephews; and loving family and friends.
He was well into his 80's when he was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease.
