He was predeceased by: his parents, James Okada and Takiko Okada (Yasui); and his sister JoAnn Sperlinski. He is survived by: his wife Tina (Itaya); his children, Jacob and Sarah; his sister Jane Okada; and his brother-in-law John Sperlinski. He is also survived by 2 nieces and 1 nephew.

They are requesting that all visitors wear a mask inside at all times.
