He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph P. Martin and Mary C. Martin. He is survived by: his siblings, Kenneth Martin and Jo Ann Martinez; and his siblings-in-law, Michael Martinez, Elena Martin, Tammy DaSilva (Brian), Deborah Martinez (David), Denise LoForti (Ron), Jeremy Martin (Rosemary), Joshua Martin, Michael LoForti, Nicholas LoForti, Miranda Cherrison, Kaila Martin and Dominic Martin.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his memory to St. Jude's.
