He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley L. Perrine and Verda L. Perrine (Patterson). He is survived by: his sister Deborah Perrine Stevens Olson of Mechanicsburg, PA; his nephew Jared Stevens of Washington Terrace, UT; and his great-nephew Gabriel Stevens Longenberger of Greenville, NC.
