She is survived by: her parents, Anton Skluzacek and Susan Skluzacek; her spouse Anthony Louis Dias (Tony) of Santa Clara; her children, Dan Dias (Judy) of Pioneer, CA, Patti Monahan of Pacific Grove, CA, Jim Dias (Larry Whitford) of Niceville, FL and Michelle Forsythe (Bill) of San Jose, CA; her grandchildren, Sabrina, Natasha, Vanessa, Cassandra and Wyatt; and her siblings, Sylvia, Ramona, Marie and George. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
