She was predeceased by: her mother Ruth Esther McFadden (Polsey); and her siblings, Barry, Marshall McFadden and Marsha "Pat" Castor. She is survived by: her brother Paul McFadden; her children, Mark Coolidge (Pam) and Valerie Hines (Mike Mohrman); her grandchildren, Derek Hines-Mohrman and Jeffrey Hines-Mohrman; and her significant other Onyal "Wayne" Smith. She is also survived by pets and rescued animals.
Donna Lillian Hines passed peacefully on November 2, 2018, after a courageous battle with Alzheimer's.
