He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Myers and Champ Myers. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Myers; his sons, Heath Myers (Monica) and Cliff Myers (Kelly); his grandchildren, Jacob Myers, Alexandria Myers, Anthony Myers, Justin Myers and Hayden Myers; his sister Sharon Myers; and his nieces and nephews, Roger Allen (Jill), Soncerae Allen, Cindy Allen, Kellie Holt (Daniel), Erica Egleston, Michael Horton, Joseph Mandel (Wendy), Eric Ellis (Amy), Gina Ellis (Adam), Kelly Witham (Josh), Mollye Friedman (Darren) and Noah Friedman (Kate). He is also survived by 2 sons, 5 grandchildren and many extended relatives and friends.

He had suffered through an extended battle with Alzheimer's and Cancer.
