He is survived by: his children, Dr. Thomas W Rook (late Nina), Denise Marie Rook, Barbara Rook, Arthur Rook (Stacey), Maribeth Byerley (late Dave), Patricia Amboian (Michael), Stephen Rook (Sharon) and Frank Rook (Brian Harkins); his grandchildren, Davis Rook, Anna Del-Rosario (Benjamin), Jessica, Malia Carter (Bryant), Sadie Anne, Alec Byerley, Mike, Megan Amboian, Emily and Rachel Rook; his great grandchild Jasmine Byerley; his daughter Ellen Denise Jacobs (Fitzgerald-Rook) of North Hollywood, CA; his siblings, Alma Jean Pettit (Rook) and Joseph Rook (Karolyn); and his sisters-in-law, Lori and Sylvia.
