She is survived by: her husband Vasyl Kozachuk; her sons, Peter (Irina) and Pavel (Dina); her grandchildren, Anna Shapiro (Alex), Yekaterina Kozachuk, Filipp Kozachuk (Alexandra) and Jessica Stangland (Kyle); and her great grandchildren, Benjamin and Daniel Shapiro.
