He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Philip J Burns and Lillian L. Burns; his spouse Shirley Andrews; his sister Helen Wray; and his children, Sharon Conley (Bill Sener) of Santa Barbara, Kathleen Conley of Arlington, Virginia, Anne Pellegrini (Steve) of Newport Beach, California and James Conley (Elsa) of Saratoga, California. He was also cherished by his grandchildren, extended family, and friends.
