He is survived by: his brothers, George Ruppel of Eagle, ID and William Ruppel of Los Angeles, CA.; his daughter-in-law Elsa Hou; and his grandchildren, Octavia Rei Ruppel and Cole Ryo Ruppel. He is also survived by his wife and sons.
