He is survived by: his wife Joy Catherwood Strandberg; his children, Christy De Los Rios and Matthew Clemens; his daughter-in-law Pamela Clemens; his grandchildren, Chelsie Clemens, Dominik De Los Rios, Danika De Los Rios and Cameron Clemens; and his siblings, Michael Clemens, Chris Clemens and Cathy Atkinson. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made in Pat's name to either the Santa Barbara Rescue Mission, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, or Network Medical, three of the countless charities he faithfully supported during his life.
