He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramon Zarate and Teresa Angel; and his brothers, Pantaleon, Ramon Jr. and Alphonso.
He is survived by: his siblings, Clara, Robert, Jesus and Martha. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
