Woodworth; her stepson Tom; and also, Douglas, Michael, Matthew (Brianne), Tyler, Roxanne, Brielle, Dane, Hillary Colonna (Kyle), Allison Kistenbroker, Lex, Aoife McCarthy, David MacCarthy, Mary Hubbard (Jonathan Carlisle), David Hubbard (Kathy), Will, Davis Carlisle, Chris, Alan and Claire Hubbard.
Memorials may be sent to the Santa Barbara Museum of Art or the Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital Foundation, both in Santa Barbara, California.
