He was predeceased by: his parents, Henrietta and Oakford; his siblings, Oakford Jr., Harold and Doris; and his children, Robert and Nicola.
He is survived by: his wife Beatrice Gross; his children, Karen, Diane, Deborah, Colette and Lewis E. Gross Jr.; and his sisters, Bernice, Blanche and Betty. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and 5 great, great grandchildren, a myriad number of nieces and nephews.
