She was predeceased by: her husband Howard Mayfield, Sr. (H. G.); and her parents, Willard Burt Cooper and Lydia Perkins Cooper. She is survived by: her children, Howard Mayfield, Jr. of Berea and Jana Mayfield Mullen (Andrew) of Santa Barbara, California; her granddaughters, Phoebe Janelle Mullen and Frances Lydia Mullen; and her brother-in-law Manuel Retamoza. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
