She is survived by: her husband Frank M Costa, Sr.; her children, Kathi Downey (George) and Frank Costa, Jr. (Kim); her son-in-law Charles Rios; her grandchildren, Shelby Costa (Mike Walter), Kasi Maguire (Timm), Charlie Rios, Kylin Bray (Taylor) and Paige Rios; and her sister Dorothy Avila (Joe). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and the Hwy 246 Family of Friends.
