We are sad to announce that on September 26, 2023, at the age of 57, John Scott Bavaro of Santa Barbara, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Barbara Diane Bavaro (Bavaro) and Vitorrio Jerome "Jerry" Bavaro; his son Jesse Alexander Bavaro; his sister Beverly Bavaro; his son Brandan Visser; and his stepsiblings, Giselle Rhoads and Robert Rhoads. He is also survived by friends who were truly his chosen brothers and sisters.

In lieu of flowers, a GoFundMe account has been set up (https://gofund.me) to collect donations for his son, Jesse Alexander Bavaro.
