He is survived by: his close friend Sue Castillo; his children, Michelle Pearson, Joe Gonzalez and Mirlo Gonzalez; and his grandchildren, Haley Pearson, Lauren Gonzalez, Cameron Gonzalez and Lian Gonzalez. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
