He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Jenkins and Kay Jenkins (Westcott); and his siblings, Keith Jenkins, Daniel Jenkins and Joan Jenkins.

He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Jenkins-Contreras (Marco); and his former wife Lydia Jenkins (Frias) of Bakersfield.
