“I had the good fortune to meet Jim in the late 70’s and early 80’s when I had started to provide legal services directly to APTA based on my practice serving the physical therapy profession first in Pennsylvania an ultimately in many other states. Jim was certainly a giant in the physical therapy profession and provided great leadership to the profession over many years. During this time I had the privilege of working with Jim personally and with TAI. Jim was my good friend and he will be missed”
