The memory of Helen Goumas (Santa Barbara, California), who passed away on January 29, 2025 at the age of 99, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. In the sacred silence of farewell, Helen is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Chrysoula Goudis and Christodoulos Goudis; her sister Marigoula; her husband George; and her pet Souvlaki.
She is survived by: her child Rea; her children-in-law, Greg Pantages and Renee Goumas; and her grandchildren, Eleni Pantages (Brian May), Strat Goumas and Max Goumas. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM.
