He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Perez and Lupe Perez; and his brother Benjamin Perez. He is survived by: his children, Franco Perez of Winnemucca, NV, Franki Perez of Santa Barbara, CA and Chrsitian Perez of Santa Rosa; his granddaughters, Keyra, Rose and Analisa; his great grandchild Orlando; his stepsons, Orlando Phillips and Noah Dusek; and his siblings, Sebastian Perez of Tehachapi, CA, Jess Perez Sr. of Bakersfield, Lucy Algood of Rodeo, CA and Toni Mari Pomee of Pacheco. He is also survived by numerous Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.
