He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl "Babe" Kull and Betty Sue Barnes Kull; and his daughter Susan Renee Kanner. He is survived by: his daughter Catherine Holton; and his sisters, Pam Zimmerman, Suzi Kull, Patty Burnard and Chris Kull. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
