She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Hollensteiner and Oresia Hollensteiner; her siblings, John, Fred Hollensteiner and Dorothy Hollensteiner Hazard; her grandson Brin Nirenberg, Jr.; her children-in-law, Beverly Nirenberg and Leonard Paquette; and her stepson Greg Hawkins.
She is survived by: her spouse Avery Nirenberg; her stepson Kenneth; her children, Bryan Nirenberg (Patsy Fitch), Ken Nirenberg (Lynette Severson Nirenberg) and Carol Paquette; her stepson Robert Hawkins (Linda); and her grandchildren, Bonnie Nirenberg Abbott (Scott Jacobson), Barri Nirenberg Jones (Thomas), Matthew Nirenberg (Diana), John Paquette (Veronique), Sean Paquett (Tina), Bonnie Evans, Brian Hawkins and Thomas Hawkins. She is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
