He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertram Alfred Noecker Willoughby and Jennie Lee Willoughby; his wife Geraldine Willoughby (Geri); and his sister Betty Alkire. He is survived by: his children, Geri, Bret Willoughby (Nancy), Bart Willoughby, Brenda Lilly (Glen), Sheila Henne (Rod), Shannon Williams (Richard) and Joanie Lawson Adrian (Craig). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Donations may be given to Salvation Army Camp Scholarship for needy children in Santa Barbara County.
