He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Walter and Emily Walter. He is survived by: his children, Steve Walter of Dayton, NV, Nancy Wallinder (Arne) of Enköping, Mark Walter (Leigh) of Vestavia Hills, AL, Mariah Walter, Emelie Wallinder, Johanna Edlund (Jonas), Hannah Walter and Samuel Walter.

“Sorry for your loss. Your father was a good man and helped my Dad out at a very difficult time in his life. My Dad, (Rudy Diaz) had epilepsy and wasn’t able to drive so Bob Walter agreed to pick up my Dad everyday and drop him off at work. They remained friends until my Dad passed in October 2022.”
