We are sad to announce that on February 3, 2022, at the age of 90, Rachel A. Clow of Santa Ana, California, born in Orange, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Larry; her parents, Charlie Villalobos and Emily Villalobos; her brother Gil Villalobos; and her children, Christy Clow (Steve), Lori Bacca (Bob), Denise Hertel (Mark), Lisa Clow, Larry Clow (Kari), Carrie Smith (Mike), Bobby Bacca (Jessica), Alexandra, Cristina Bacca, Nathan Clow, Madeline and William Hertel. She was also cherished by four great grandchildren.
