He is survived by: his sister Virginia Billingsley (Stout); his daughter Melody Sue Williams (Stout); his wife Doris Stout; his grandchildren, Jessica Kuhn (Matthew), Janell Stout, Casey Williams (Kaitlyn), Cole Williams (Marlene), Katie Hendrickson (Glenn), Randall Williams, Elizabeth Bocanegra (Joshua) and Garrett Williams; and his great grandchildren, Tyler Kuhn, Jamie Kuhn and Clara Williams. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
