“I leave my sincerest condolences to the Moeller family. I regret that we won't be able to attend her services. I know that Karen cherished her nieces and nephews, along with her brothers and sister in laws. I have some indelible memories with Karen. She created some fun adventures for us as young teenagers. She was the cool cousin with her own place close to the beach. God has received a very special angel. I send much love to the Moeller family. Janet Rizley O'Neal”
