It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James MacKenzie Jr. of Santa Ana, California, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 12, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen "Kitty" MacKenzie; his parents, James MacKenzie and Helen Ryan; and his brother Robert MacKenzie. He is survived by: his sister Janet Shinskie; his children, Bruce MacKenzie and Alisa Fording; and his grandchildren, Shawnte Upequi, Brittany Brown and Ryan Holguin. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
