He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his siblings, Lela Kovalenko, Mary Pat Brown, Judy Heumann and Tommy Musick; his children, Karen Musick, Kurt, Jeff and Todd Musick; his grandchildren, Tad Shimada, Alissa Shimada, Erika McKie, Kristin Musick, Benjamin Musick, Kayla Musick and Cameron Musick; and his great grandchildren, Eric, Isaac, Charlie Mae and Sonny.
