He is survived by: his former wife Phyllis Gold; his son Jeff; his wife Cheryl Baker; his children, Dana Shapiro, Marc Shapiro and Jeffrey Shapiro; his daughters-in-law, Didi Shapiro and Debbie Shapiro; his grandchildren, Kyle, Jared Shapiro, Sarah and Ben Moebius; and his brother Edward Shapiro (Phyllis Gold Shapiro).
