He was predeceased by: his daughter Dani Mead. He is survived by: his wife Tammie Mead; his children, Randi Tucker, Charli Bruneck, Jeremy Mead and Jeffrey Zink; his parents, Rebecca Mead and Frank Mead III; and his sisters, Traci Streisel, Kristi Mead and Kimberly Persons. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.
