She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Costa, Debra Hart Van Dixhorn (Joseph Hart), John Van Dixhorn (Kimberly Van Dixhorn), Elizabeth Van Dixhorn and James Van Dixhorn; her grandchildren, Nicholas Costa, Heather Costa Albright, Steven Mohler, Brett Mohler, Naomi Van Dixhorn, John Van Dixhorn, Alexandra Van Dixhorn, Samuel Van Dixhorn and Isabella Van Dixhorn; and her great grandchildren, Camden, Steven, Brayden, Markus Costa, Cannon, Brooklyn, Logann, Hudsyn, Eastyn Albright, Amelia, Charlotte, Lincoln Mohler, Sloane, Murray and Rhodes Mohler.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Fairhaven Memorial Park (1702 Fairhaven Ave, Santa Ana, CA 92705).
