He is survived by: his former wife Marla Jenkins; his sibling Kris; his wife Merleigh; his stepchildren, Kris, Gabor Szovati, Kelly Metz, David, Martha Pol, Robert Pol, Richard Pol, Johnny Pol, Kristen Pol and Joshua Deutsch; his siblings, David, Grace Jones, Virginia and Norman Sample; and his pet Luke.
