He is survived by: his wife Mary Osborne of Sanger; his children, Robert Osborne of Del Rey, Sonya Montez of Fresno, Deanna Osborne of Fresno, Leeann Lewis of Fresno and Claudine Osborne of Visalia; his siblings, Rick Osborne of Clovis and Audrey Osborne of Clovis; and his stepsons, Lawrence Osborne and Matthew Samuels. He is also survived by nine granchildren.
