Bell of Selma and Valerie Irene Bell of Parlier; his mother Irene Bell of Parlier; his brothers, Howard James Bell, III of Parlier, Ronald Keith Bell of Parlier and Samuel William Bell of Parlier; and his grandchildren, Ricki Resendez, Rhianna Resendez, Ramon Buddy Bell Jr., Julian Bell, Elijah Bell, Mykena Bell, Isaiah Mendoza, Summer Mendoza Bell, Autumn Mendoza Bell, Irvin Ian Prieto, Evan Prieto, Mykayla Prieto and Ivan Prieto.
