He was predeceased by: his mother Carmen G. Navarro; his siblings, Juana N. Silva, Mario G. Navarro, Ramiro G. Navarro and Maria Navarro; and his son Jose Luis Navarro Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Alicia B. Navarro; his daughters, Denisia Navarro Mena and Veronica Rubi; his grandchildren, Robert M. Rubi Jr., Sebastian Rubi, Quinn Rubi, Kyra A. Mena, Mia B. Mena and Gianna N. Mena; and his great grandchildren, Jayden and Jeremiah Rubi. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wallin's Sanger Funeral Home - Fd 502 (1524 9th St, Sanger, CA 93657). A rosary was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's New Catholic Church (2590 E North Ave, Sanger, CA 93657). A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 11:15 AM at the Sanger Cemetery (568 S Rainbow Route, Sanger, CA 93657).
