She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivy Edward Dotson and Bertha May Dotson (Cates); her husband Joe; her children, Marcia Arthur-Young and Allen Arthur; and her sisters, Frances East, Billie Ward and Patricia Daugherity.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Arthur (Lori) of Arroyo Grande, Claudia Hilderbrand (Stephen) of Laton and Jolynn Sutherland (John) of Hanford; and her grandchildren, Beth Yates, Alanna Chee, April Rivera, Michelle Cowan, Jacey Sutherland, Jereme and Justin Arthur. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
