It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Allen Lane of Sanger, California, born in San Francisco, California, who passed away on September 6, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Colonel Frank Lane M. D. and Carmen Lane R. N.; his brother Mike; his children, Brian, Valerie and David; his pet Cole; his wife Jean Lane; his grandchildren, Michael, Nicholas and Alyssa Bavaro; and his children-in-law, Vince Bavaro and Lucy Gonzalez.
Due to COVID 19, private services will be held and a private burial will be at the Sanger cemetery.
He became a source of inspiration and guidance and a solid foundation during periods of change, but most importantly and yet simply put, he was a good friend whose presence will be sorely missed.
