He is survived by: his daughters, Debra Santos (David) of Sanger Ca, Lora Blevins (Jerry) of Friant, Sharon Magill (Paul) of Fresno and Beverly Schlundt (Troy) of Oxnard; his grandchildren, Neil Santos, Colleen Santos, April Hazel, Christopher Magill (Helia), Kevin Magill (Ariel), Emily Valtancoli (Vincent), Michael Harbour, Ryan Harbour (Amaia), Leah Blevins, Cloey Blevins, Naomi Blevins and Jerry Blevins, Jr.; his brother David Hazel; and his stepsister Hazel Delores Duboise.
