He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Raquel Rios, Sergio Rios and Norma Rios; his wife Tomasa G of Rios; and his grandchildren, Katelyn, Vivi, Jose Domingo, Sergio, Antonio and Andres. He was also cherished by his family and friends.
