He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence A. Borba and Louise M. Borba; and his uncle John A. Borba. He is survived by: his wife Norene; his sons, Jim Borba (Carol) and Aaron Borba; his grandchildren, Genevieve, Thomas Borba and Renee Richmond; his siblings, Bob Borba (Leola) and Vicki Gresham (David); his sisters-in-law, Sharon Grunloh (Bob) and Barbara Stephens (Randy); his nephews, Bobby Borba (Chrys), Michael Borba (Monica), Justin Stephens (Kacey) and Zeb Grunloh; his niece Sunny Grunloh; his aunt Rosie Bennett; and his cousin John A. Borba, Jr.. He is also survived by several other cousins, great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to Valley Children's Hospital, Alzheimers Association or charity of choice are preferred by the family.
