He was predeceased by: his wife Josephine "Nina" Chavez; his grandson Adam Jr.; and his sister Ruth Mojica Hammer. He is survived by: his children, Josephine Rosa (late Confessor), Denise Cepican (late Ben X.), Arlette Hernandez (Peter E.), Adrienne Garcia (Ramon), Francine Mojica, Brigitte Mojica-Lopez (Arturo) and Adam Mojica (Sylvia); his grandchildren, Thomas (Cynthia), Jay (Anaberta), Carisa (Michael), Marco, Corina (Scott), Monique (Manny), Christa, Alexander, Andrew, Marisa (Carlos) and Antonio; his great grandchildren, Nickolas, Justin, Julio III, Jack, Dominic, Brian, Brayden, Michael, Carter, Magdalena, Jax, Josiah, Harper and Callum; and his brother Robert Mojica (late Barbara).
