It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gaius Shew of San Ramon, California, born in San Jose, California, who passed away on November 23, 2020, at the age of 107, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Shew and Yeong Gat Lin (Daisy); and his siblings, Pauline, Pearl and Leon.
He is survived by: his wife Daisy; his children, Alfred and Peggy; his children-in-law, Sandra and Warren; his grandchildren, Christina, Doreen, Coleen and Kenneth; and his great grandchildren, Derek, Ian, Michael, Kelly and Angela. He is also survived by 14 nephews, 14 nieces, 29 grandnephews, 28 grandnieces, 25 great grandnephews, and 26 great grandnieces.
In this time of Covid-19 pandemic restriction, a graveside service will be held for the immediate family on December 4, 2020 at 10:00 am.
